Create a supplier purchase order

Ideal for buyers and small teams placing an order with a vendor while keeping procurement details organized and easy to confirm.

Formalize a supplier order with the requested items and terms, then export a clean PDF for purchasing records and internal approval.

How to use

  1. Fill in your company details, then those of the supplier or customer receiving the document.
  2. Add the number, the date and the reference or expiry so the order can be tracked without confusion.
  3. List the items with quantities and prices, picking the currency among euro, dollar, pound, Swiss franc or leu.
  4. Check the VAT rate along with the notes and conditions, then export the document as a PDF.
  5. If you order from the same suppliers often, saving your business details keeps you from typing them again next time.

Example

A common case: a small team orders equipment from a supplier. It creates the order, lists the items and quantities, sets a date and a tracking number, reviews the VAT, then exports the PDF and sends it along with the request.

Where processing happens

Entry and document creation happen inside your browser: company details, item lines and notes are passed to nobody. Any business information you save for future orders therefore stays in this browser on your device.

Frequently asked questions

Is the PDF created on my own device?

Yes, the document is built from your entries directly in the browser, with nothing sent outside. You get a file you can save, print or attach to an email addressed to your supplier.

Can I prepare an order in a currency other than the euro?

Yes, five currencies are available: euro, dollar, pound, Swiss franc and leu. Choose the one shown on your supplier's quote or invoice and enter every amount in that same currency.

What happens if I save my company details?

They stay in this browser so you do not have to retype them for your next order. Since all the work is local, they go nowhere else; on a shared computer, think twice before saving details you would rather keep private.
