Office teams, teachers and freelancers can create a widely readable version before sending, printing or storing their work.

Convert Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents into easy-to-open PDF files while preserving their layout for sharing, printing or archiving.

How to use

  1. Prepare your Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OpenDocument file and check its layout before starting.
  2. Choose the document from your device, keeping to the file types accepted by the tool.
  3. Start the PDF conversion and let the process run until the interface confirms it has finished.
  4. Download the resulting PDF and open it to inspect the layout, tables and images.
  5. Erase the file from the tool after checking the output so no unnecessary copy remains.

Example

A common use is converting an Excel invoice or a PowerPoint deck to PDF before sending it to a client. Pay close attention to tables, page breaks and fonts, because the layout can shift slightly compared with the original document.
