Email list without duplicates or invalid addresses

Email campaign owners can process a list before using it when duplicate, invalid or disposable addresses need to be removed.

Clean an email list by removing duplicates along with invalid and disposable addresses, leaving a more focused set for its next use.

How to use

  1. Paste your list into the input area, one address per line, keeping the original capitalisation.
  2. Run the cleaning step: duplicates, badly formed addresses and known disposable domains are left out of the result.
  3. Compare the output with your original list to spot any address you did not mean to lose.
  4. Copy the cleaned list into your sending tool, then clear the input area.

Example

The sample deliberately contains a repeated address, a line with no at sign and an address on a disposable domain. After cleaning, check that none of those three survive in the output and that the genuine addresses are still there.

Where processing happens

Cleaning runs entirely in the browser: your addresses stay on your device and are never sent to any service. The tool inspects each line, applies shape and domain rules and displays the list it kept.

Frequently asked questions

How does it recognise a disposable address?

It compares the domain of each address against a set of domains known for handing out temporary mailboxes. A very new or little-known provider may slip through, so review the output with a critical eye before an important campaign.

Are my addresses stored anywhere?

No. The work happens in the browser and nothing is uploaded, so no copy remains after you close the page. It is still worth clearing the input area when other people can see your screen.

Can I clean an imported file?

Yes, an import button accepts text files and several data formats. The content is loaded into the input area and processed exactly as pasted text would be, without leaving the page or creating an account.
