Marketing teams use it to measure revenue earned per euro spent on advertising before reallocating a campaign budget.
Measure the revenue generated by each euro spent on advertising. Everything runs in your browser, so no input is uploaded or stored.
The sample contains a simple revenue figure and a simple spend figure. After calculating, check whether the return places the campaign above or below your break-even point, then use that reference to compare channels.

500The advertising return is calculated inside your browser. The amounts you enter are not uploaded or kept by a remote service, and the result remains visible on the page until you leave it.
The tool compares ad revenue with ad spend. If you enter total revenue, the result shows gross return. To judge real profitability, you can enter a profit margin instead, as long as you stay consistent and explain which figure you used.
A return below one means the advertising spend is greater than the revenue entered. That does not always mean the campaign failed, but you should check attribution, missed costs, and the time period before cutting the budget.
The tool handles one pair of amounts at a time. To compare campaigns, record each result and group them in a table. That gives you a clear record of the assumptions and periods being compared.
