Write text onto a selected PDF page

Administrative teams and freelancers can add a note or reference when a finished document needs one small correction before delivery.

Place your text on a selected PDF page, adjust its position and retrieve an annotated document without opening a heavyweight editor.

How to use

  1. Load the relevant PDF, then identify the page where the new wording should appear.
  2. Type the text to place, choose the page number and set the size you want.
  3. Add the text to the document to create an annotated version that preserves the original pages.
  4. Download the resulting file and check both the position and legibility of the added note.

Example

A freelancer receives a signed contract and needs to add a case reference near the bottom of a page. The freelancer loads the PDF, types the reference, selects the page and adjusts the size before downloading the annotated version.

Where processing happens

Processing runs in your browser. The PDF and the text you type remain on your device and are not sent to an outside service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit text that already exists in the PDF?

No, the tool adds a new note to a chosen page. It does not replace words already printed in the document. To correct existing content, use a dedicated PDF editor.

How do I choose the right text size?

Start with a size close to the body text of the document, then check the result in the downloaded file. If the note should be discreet, reduce the size and verify that it remains readable when printed.

Does the added text stay editable after download?

The resulting file contains a note added to the PDF. Depending on the software used later, it may be visible as an embedded element. Always keep a copy of the original file if you may need to start again.
